FLATTC, LLC is a business based upon the desire to acquire income and a substantial return on investment through the purchase of tax certificates in Hernando County, Florida, and surrounding counties.  An ancillary benefit of the Company is the acquisition of the land underlaying these certificates to enhance the Campany’s holds and/or to provide Company Members the opportunity to own land in the Counties.

Company Structure

FLATTC, LLC is to organize within the State of Florida as a Limited Liability Company. This offers a number of advantages, chief of which is the ability to pass along earnings to the Company Members as regular income and thus not incurring the Company any tax liability.

The Company was formed in June 2005 and will participate as a legal entity in the certificate auction scheduled for the end of May 2006.  Some certificates were acquired during the Mayy 2005 auction via a sister company, Blair Associates, Inc. (www.blair-associates.com)

Company Management

Mr. Kenneth A. Blair will act as the Executive Manager of the Company until such time as the Company membership feels a replacement is warranted or Mr. Blair steps aside, whichever comes first.
